The Ultimate Brauce Burger
The burger to end all burgers — a juicy beef patty stacked high and loaded with both OG Brauce and Spicy Brauce for the ultimate flavour combo. This is what Brauce was made for.
Ingredients
- 500g beef mince (80/20 fat ratio for best results)
- 2 tbsp OG Brauce
- 2 tbsp Spicy Brauce
- 4 brioche burger buns
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper
- Butter lettuce, tomato, and red onion to serve
- Pickles (optional but highly recommended)
Instructions
- Mix beef mince with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Divide into 4 equal portions and shape into patties slightly wider than your buns (they shrink when cooked).
- Heat a BBQ or cast iron pan over high heat. Cook patties for 3–4 minutes each side for medium.
- In the last minute of cooking, add a slice of cheddar to each patty and cover to melt.
- Toast the brioche buns cut-side down in a little butter until golden.
- Spread OG Brauce on the bottom bun, then layer with lettuce, tomato, and red onion.
- Add the cheesy patty, then drizzle Spicy Brauce over the top.
- Add pickles if using, cap with the top bun, and serve immediately.
Pro tip: Use OG Brauce as your base sauce and Spicy Brauce as the finisher — two layers of Brauce flavour in every bite!
