Refund policy
Cancellations
Cancellation and refund requests can only be accommodated before your order has been dispatched. Once dispatched, we are unable to process cancellations. Please submit your request at least 3 business days prior to the scheduled dispatch date. A 10% cancellation fee applies to all change-of-mind cancellations.
Change of Mind
We are unable to accept returns or cancellations based on taste preferences, as taste is subjective. Refunds are not available for shipping delays outside of our control. For cancellation requests, please contact us at brauceau@gmail.com. We do not monitor Instagram or Facebook for support enquiries.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence. All parcels are insured for their full value through Australia Post. You will be required to present the damaged parcel at your local post office for inspection. Items that have been discarded, consumed, or are unavailable for inspection are not eligible for coverage.
Returns
Perishable items cannot be returned after delivery. Non-perishable items may be eligible for return, with return shipping costs covered by the customer. Refunds are not available for taste preferences. For assistance, please contact us at brauceau@gmail.com.
