- 1.2kg beef brisket
- 4 tbsp Spicy Brauce (plus extra to serve)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced

- 1 cup beef stock
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 8–10 small flour tortillas
- Pickled red onion, fresh coriander, and lime to serve
Instructions

- Season brisket with cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Sear in a hot oven-safe pot with olive oil until browned on all sides.
- Add onion, garlic, beef stock, and 3 tbsp of Spicy Brauce to the pot.
- Cover and slow cook in the oven for 3.5–4 hours until the brisket is fall-apart tender.

- Drizzle with extra Spicy Brauce and a squeeze of lime. Serve immediately.
Pro tip: Make this the day before — the brisket gets even better overnight as the flavours develop!
